four. is a collective of individuals doing what we love. We started as a pop-up, only intending to operate for four months. Yet, here we stand.

Blk Brw handles the coffee and tea program. As a multi-roaster shop, we’re constantly changing our coffee line up and playing around with flavors to create new signature beverages. We love pairing unlikely flavors and experimenting with coffee and tea in new and interesting ways.

Julian Pan handles the day pastry program. His speciality is crafting delicious breads and pastries based around seasonal produce. While he has core staple items like the pistachio rose croissant and chocolate babka, he also enjoys experimenting and throwing something new on the menu pretty often.

Nu’Man Hall takes care of our dinner and wine program, rotating the menu every month to reflect his mood. Though he started out slinging detroit style pizzas, he shifted in the beginning of the year to focus on more Afro-centric cuisine. He loves to play around with new things though so don’t be surprised if you see a month dedicated to ramen or pasta.
